John and Maggie Blevin's visited the Rio Negro Sport fishing Lodge, on 9 and 10 March. John and Maggie caught 14 different species of fish during two days of fishing.

Ken Zawacki, Garry Dovenberg, Bill Pelter and Don Huey went fishing in Panama with Tom Giles and Alex Livingston during the week of 13 March 2002. The fishing bite was excellent as they caught 16 different types of pacific fish. The roosterfish and Cubera Snapper were particularly thick and aggressive with over 10 roosters caught and released their last two days. Ken is now known as the Roosterfish king.

Charlie Johnston and crew from South Florida went fishing with Tom and Alex off Isla Cebaco, Panama the weekend of 22 and 23 March 02. This was Charlie's 4th visit to our lodge. Among the catch were many Broomtail Grouper, Cebera and Jordan Snapper, Amberjacks and large African Pompano.

Rod Turner, Mark Saphir, Dave Hogg, Mark Chatov and John Lecters visited 27 thru 30 Mar 02. The first three days, fishing activity was generally slow. On their last day, the Yellowfin Tunas showed up and were active on the surface all morning. Rio Negro Main
