May 2004 was another good month for Coastal fishing around Mariato, Panama. Charlie Johnston, Suzanne Chesser and Tom McCoy from Ft Lauderdale, Florida visited in the first week of May. This was Charlie's fifth visit to the lodge and seventh fishing trip to Panama. James Edwards & Eric Bradley from California, visited the lodge during the second week of May. This was James & Eric's first visit to the lodge and fishing experience in Panama. Finally, Dave Collins and Bo Ives from Sarasota, Florida visited for the first time during the last week of May. This was also their first fishing trip to Panama. Among the catch in May were lots of Yellow-fin Tuna, Broomtail Grouper, Trevally, Snapper and Amberjacks. Tom caught the largest Grouper weighing over 60 pounds and Suzanne caught the only Wahoo. Eric caught three nice Cubera Snapper. Bones is also shown below, proudly displaying his trophy Jack.
