Patrick Jacquot, Gilles Meunier and Battaglla Sicto from France, went fishing in the waters off Punta Mariato, Isla Cebaco and Isla Coiba, Panama during the week of 25 November 2002. They fished mostly poppers on 50 pound class spinning tackle and trolled Repalas to mix up the routine. They caught lots of nice Bluefin Trevelle and small snappers in the rocks. Wahoo followed the poppers but would not strike so a change to trolled Repalas produced several Wahoo over 50 pounds, the largest weighing in at 61 pounds and many yellowfin tuna. The largest fish was a 72 pound roosterfish caught on popper.
